New Mexico communities are on the front lines of a border crisis created by Biden and rubber-stamped by Teresa Leger.

Families in our district deserve safety, order, and leadership—not excuses.

I’ve stood with our sheriffs, ranchers, and border officers my entire career, and I’ll continue fighting for real border security, strict enforcement, and an America First immigration policy that protects our communities.

We cannot afford more weakness.

We need results.

As the red maple tree turns crimson in the fall, I find myself reflecting on my own journey and recognizing that I am entering the autumn of my life. This garden has been my sanctuary and a source of deep joy for 34 years. The thought of passing it on is both bittersweet and hopeful, as I envision its legacy continuing with new hands and fresh perspectives.
I am seeking someone who is passionate about gardening and eager to learn the art of managing a small farm. Over the next five years, I would mentor you, sharing everything I know about gardening and farm management—planting, harvesting, soil care, pest control, seasonal planning, and the day-to-day responsibilities that keep the garden thriving. My goal is for you to eventually take over the garden, with me remaining available to offer guidance and support as you grow into the role.
If you are enthusiastic about gardening and interested in gaining hands-on experience, please contact us to discuss how we can work together to continue this beautiful legacy.

While we are certainly not as busy at the Farm as we are during the growing season, the offseason is a time to get the planting plots cleared, plowed, fertilized, and cover crops planted. We’ve taken advantage of these warms days to get some of these projects completed. Now we pray for rain.

As the sun sets and provides beautiful backlighting of Old Glory, we cannot help but think of the blessings the Farm has brought us, but more importantly, the hope the Farm has blessed others even more! The cutting and splitting of firewood today reminded us of the changing seasons and how we toil on under His watchful and benevolent eye.

Ever since the middle of May when the okra first sprouted, our thoughts lingered on gumbo! Here’s a chicken and sausage gumbo prepared with the last harvest from those okra plants picked yesterday! To say it was worth the wait is an understatement. The farm now shifts into clearing and cover crop mode and plans for next growing season are well underway.
