Only 100 days until kickoff as the Fresno State Bulldogs head south to take on USC on September 4th! The excitement is building, and here at The Meat Market, we’re fired up for another season of Bulldog football.

We’re honored to once again be working with the team this year—feeding the players, creating great content, and supporting a program that makes the entire Valley proud. We can’t wait to get the cameras rolling and showcase the incredible athletes, coaches, and culture that make Fresno State football so special.

A big welcome to Coach Matt Entz as he leads the Bulldogs into a new era, backed by a talented roster and one of the most passionate fan bases in college football.

For years, Anna has believed that being a local business means more than just serving great food—it means supporting the community, honoring our veterans, and giving back to the people who make the Central Valley such a special place to call home.
