Hello everyone! My phone has been constantly going off with people wanting to know what is going on with this property. I feel the need to clarify and put the rumors to rest.

The new owners of this property and the owner of Mountain Market simply could not come to an agreement on the terms of a lease. That’s it! It happens everyday in business.

The new owners will proceed in doing whatever they choose with their property and Mountain Market will move forward with finding a new location for his business.

Hope this helps to clarify. I wish both of them the very best.

Debbie here, Like others, I too miss Sentelle's Seafood, and when I do, I head to this place. Oyster topped deviled eggs and a delicious oyster Po' Boy - it takes me back to what I miss. Highly recommend Oyster House Brewing Company. Haywood Road, Asheville.

FROM CHRISTMAS PAST…June and I would always work into the wee hours of the morning, packing up your Christmas Eve orders. The holiday music filled the air, and freshly brewed coffee kept us going. Over the years, we’ve packed up thousands of pounds of oysters, shrimp, scallops, salmon, and crab legs. We would always check and recheck each order to make sure that our part of your Christmas was perfect! However, time has a way of changing things, and with each passing year, the work became more challenging, and our smiles began to fade. We were tired, and we knew it was time to step away. We don’t miss the work, but we absolutely miss each and every one of you. You are incredibly special to us, and we wish you all a very Merry Christmas! 🎄
