We expect the roadwork on Rt 82 (Manor Rd) to be finished this week - fingers crossed - but please use the attached map to find us, and don't worry about going around any "road closed" sign north of Monacy and Union Rds. The work is being done south of there.
Now to the food news! FRESH CHICKEN is on our shelves and won't be frozen until close of business Saturday - but don't wait b/c as one of our customers says, "Fresh chicken is the best! Although when I can’t get it fresh, I don’t hesitate to buy Manor Farm’s frozen chickens - they are far superior than mass produced chickens. IMHO I think the meat is more filling too." Thanks Marge!
Our own Orange Crisp watermelon is also on our shelves. We are cutting it in half so that you can see what you're getting. Sweet and delicious and $4.
Ruthann is making soft pretzels from 10a - 3p Saturday as usual.

For anyone who likes to save $20 on Manor Farm Market goods, consider signing up for our "you choose" CSA that starts Sept 21st. For 8 weeks, you get to spend $20 in our store on dairy, meat, baked and canned goods and produce, but you pay only $140! Now that's a good and healthy deal. Read and fill out the form and drop it off or mail it with a check to our store, then start saving. Fall is a great time to buy at Manor Farm Market.

1. Penndot is working on Rt 82, but local traffic can still come through to Manor Farm Market from the North at the roundabout and from the South at Monacy Rd. Don't let a little "Road Closed" deter you from the best produce around : }
2. Our Summer CSA is coming to a close in a few weeks, but our Fall CSA is scheduled to start Sept 21st! Sign up and receive $160 worth of produce, dairy, baked goods and meats for only $140. "We were at the farm this afternoon, and came home to a feast of your tomatoes and corn. The corn was so fresh that we ate it raw! Sweet and delicious. We ate the tomatoes in a traditionally Italian way. We cut up some slightly dried bread into cubes, combined it with cubes of tomatoes, fresh basil (from our garden), olive oil, balsamic vinegar (sweet), salt and pepper. The tomatoes were fantastic. The perfect ripeness, with great flavor and lots of juices.
Last night we enjoyed your ground lamb in the form of lamb burgers. The lamb was very flavorful, and the grind was perfect.
