Good morning, the stand is open! I have cosmic brownies, chocolate chunk cookies, Asiago and Herb sourdough, jalapeno and cheddar sourdough, and plain sourdough baked this morning and still warm! All preorders are also ready for pickup.

Hey everyone! I have had a lot of requests over the last couple of days to make pies for Thanksgiving and unfortunately as much as I would love to, I just do not have the time in my schedule this week to squeeze time in to make them! Thank you all for thinking of me and reaching out to support this little endeavor of mine. The stand will be back open next week, thank you for your understanding and I hope that you all have a fabulous Thanksgiving! 🦃💛

Thank you to everyone who donated to the food drive at Pop Pop's Greenhouse!!! I was able to assemble 45 full meals that should be able to feed a family of 3-4 people per bag. Each bag has all of the ingredients (shelf stable) needed to make the meals along with a recipe card. The meals include, white chicken chili, red bean chili and rice, spaghetti with meat sauce and green beans, tuna casserole with green beans, and chicken taco kits with sides. Thank you to the Grady’s, Beverly D., Chris D., Lynn K., Carol D., Wendy P., Marcia K., Amy W., and Sam B. for donating towards this effort, your help is greatly appreciated - working together is best in these type of situations!

I will be shopping for meal bags tomorrow evening! Still in need of canned chicken/tuna, pasta, beans, canned veggies. Items can be dropped off at my farm stand or if you’d like to donate via Venmo / PayPal my usernames are @ malibu216 . I will match everything that’s donated, along with baking breads for donation. Thank you to the three folks that have donated to this, I personally know that folks in our community are thankful for your help.

Hey everyone! This weekend I will be baking solely for Pop Pop's Greenhouse food pantry stand to donate breads and other items! With that being said I also plan to put together pantry stable dinner bags - everything ready to go in one bag with a recipe card to go along with them to make a nutritious dinner that is an easy grab and go.
Here are the meals that I plan to put together:

White chicken chili
Hearty Red bean chili
Tuna pasta dinner
Chicken taco kit
Spaghetti dinner
Curry chicken rice bowl
Minestrone soup

If anyone would like to donate shelf stable goods towards this cause please feel free to leave the items at the stand, you can also send me a Venmo or PayPal with what you would like to be donated and I will purchase the items on your behalf. Anything will help, I plan to deliver everything to the stand on Friday!

Here is a list of items that can be used towards these meals:
-canned chicken and canned tuna
-canned red or white beans
-canned diced tomatoes
-taco kits
-spaghetti noodles
-spaghetti or Alfredo sauce
-curry or butter chicken sauce
-minestrone soup
-canned vegetables such as green beans, and corn
-small bags of rice or microwave rice packets
-crackers
