Mía's Cocína is a family-owned Puerto Rican catering company. Their recipes celebrate authentic Puerto Rican flavors and family traditions, with a menu that includes savory empanadas and award-winning flan.

We’re excited to welcome Mia’s Cocina to the market this season! Maria sets up her tent just outside the Hall of Ag and cooks fresh empanadas, so you can enjoy them hot while you shop. She’ll also have her signature flan and your morning coffee, making her booth a perfect stop when you first arrive!

Adirondack Knife Works is a one-man upstate New York shop specializing in handcrafted knives and professional sharpening services. With more than 15 years of experience in custom knife making, owner David Gray brings the same craftsmanship and quality to every blade he works on. At the farmers market, Adirondack Knife Works offers convenient onsite sharpening, so you can bring your knives & scissors to be sharpened while you shop. Larger items, such as chainsaw blades and lawn mower blades, can also be dropped off at the market and picked up the following week.

We're excited to welcome Adirondack Knife Works to the market this season. Bring your dull knives with you and get them sharpened while you shop!
