Have you ever wondered what the advantage is to having your beef processed under USDA FSIS Inspection or eating local USDA inspected beef as a consumer? Here’s what we consider the top 3:

1. It’s a requirement to be sold across state lines and enables access to export and wholesale markets
2. Improves consumer trust and product value
3. Food safety assurance

We have an inspector in our plant at all times. According to reports from June, our inspector had 603 documented tasks to verify in our processes. This is on top of just general observation of compliance.
