Their livestock is raised on their century-old family farm in Castlewood and processed by Anderson & Sons, a USDA-certified processor, with each cut individually packaged and clearly labeled for convenience and quality.

Gina Bristow’s Italian Herb Butter is flipping AMAZING!

Lyttle Farm of Copper Ridge’s lamb in lamb stew was a first for us and well worth the trouble!
