We'll be at the Farmers' Market bright and early tomorrow morning. Its a busy weekend, you'll need to keep your stamina up so start with one of Dwight's Caramel Cinnamon Rolls or a Barnyard Breakfast! Then you'll have the energy to head downtown for Art On The Green!

Blacktop Bistro had a great day at the Kootenai Farmers Market yesterday! The weather was perfect and we had lots of new customers. Thanks to all of our regulars, including our fellow vendors, and the new customers. Our new Barnyard Breakfast was a big hit! Many thanks to Gail and her great crew!

Making my homemade tomato sauce (Dwight says it is the best he's ever tasted!) for my Italian special for Saturday @ the Farmers' Market! It has all of the ingredients of lasagna but in a delicious casserole. I haven't come up with a catchy name yet. Any suggestions?

We had our busiest day in Blacktop Bistro history! Thank you to all of our customers and the wonderful Kootenai Farmers' Market! We weren't quite prepared for that much business so we apologize to any customers we could not completely satisfy.
