Just picked 28 pounds of sour cherries with Lynn. The trees are FULL of them and as the saying goes, "ripe for the picking". Literally fell off the tree and into the bags. If you want any cherries, please go this weekend or they will be gone. Cherry Ridge Farm in Hudson NY. Beautiful setting on the hillside overlooking the Hudson River and Catskills in the distance. The Brown Family couldn't be nicer.653-9136. $2.00 a pound. On Rt 23 as you go EAST over the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. Make a Right at the end of the guard rail. Easy to miss because it is so close the the end of the bridge.
