Coming soon…. My take on dipped fruit.
100% puréed fruit frozen in molds and loaded into the dryer. These will be dipped into assortments of white chocolate, dark and milk chocolate and strawberry cream chocolate.

Fruits, especially strawberries, take forever plus to dry. While I am impatiently waiting for this load to finish, I am busy making an assortment of homemade brittles to package and store. I’ll freeze dry them at a later date and offer them up to sell for Christmas. 😋

10 trays / 2 loads of fresh peaches I picked from a local orchard. Whew! Still got a a gallon of these guys diced up in my freezer to dry, but I’m gonna give this machine a rest today.
