We thank you all. Keep paying our feed bill, and we will return the support by harvesting only the highest quality protein. All poultry is hatched right here on our place. Non-GMO/Non-medicated feed from hatch/birth. No antibiotics/hornones/steroids/vaccinations.
We want all of you to understand that our goal is FULL sustainability. We shall prove to you that every single fresh good that you can acquire, at The Mill, is fully sustainable. Meaning our team can reproduce every good with zero need of corporate greed. We don’t miss.

All vacuum sealed except Chicken/Turkey. They are heat shrunk immediately after final trimming. Final trimming occurs after the harvest is chilled at 41 degrees. Come clean us out, and stock your freezers so we can fill them up again.
We will also have all of our weekly fresh goods, as always. Every Tuesday 3-6 & Saturday 8-2(10-2 winter hours) since mid March. Never scared to barter.
