If you follow us on Instagram, you may have already seen this incredible new drink we're carrying called Bumble Burst!

And like many of the best things that find their way into our store, this happened because of an awesome customer who said, "Hey, you need to try this!" shared a can with me.

He had me at the Bee on the Can cause of you know me you know I love bees!

And all I have to say is OMG, YUMMMMM.

The ingredient list is refreshingly simple: honey, green tea, and lemon. That's an easy YES from me!

And the best part? It's made right in Thomaston, CT and hand delivered by the owner Jake!

You know us, we love supporting small businesses, collaborating with local entrepreneurs, and bringing you products made by real people who are passionate about what they do.

So next time you're in, take a peek in the drink cooler and grab a can. Fair warning though, you may find yourself coming back for a second one and then telling your friends about it like I am.

Wow, we're not quite sure where the time has gone, but believe it or not, we've been open for just shy of FIVE MONTHS!

Happy Saturday!

Well, it seems we're ending the month with some mixed feelings about whether we need rain or not or maybe it's just that full moon keeping us all on our toes.

Either way, WE are gearing up for a busy day with catering orders, new entrees, and even a new soup for you to try!

And on this day we'd like to take a moment to offer our love and condolences to all those attending Rita Bishop's service today. Though we are new to Colebrook, Dave has become a regular and cherished patron, and we've enjoyed hearing the many wonderful stories the community has shared about Rita. Our thoughts are with you all, and we are holding you in our hearts today.

I barely made it out of the kitchen with the Crab Stuffed Sole before patrons were grabbing them right out of my hands. At this point I may need a security es**rt between the oven and the cooler.

And we are SOOO excited to be back!

We’ve got some BIG things in the works over here, but before we get too carried away dreaming of making the world a better place through comfort food, we need our electrician’s magical powers first.

Don’t worry though, he’s officially added us to his MVP list, and this beauty will be up and running in no time to house FRESH meats (soon) and local produce as soon as our partners have produce ready to go 🤣

In the meantime, Bob has absolutely NAILED the best VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE bean burger I’ve ever tasted. And if you’ve ever had Kelly’s Kitchen Bean Loaf, then you know!

Good news, he made them on Wednesday when the kitchen chaos could be somewhat contained. That being said , official disclaimer time, while these are made with gluten free ingredients, we are NOT a gluten free establishment. 😘
