Are you following Colfax Chamber of Commerce? They’ve gathered all the downtown businesses and put on a fun game for everyone to enjoy - Christmas Pickle Bingo!

While our doors are yet to open, we still wanted to participate in the fun: be the first townie to sport our new gear! A lucky raffle winner will receive a new Richardson hat, embroidered by none other than our beloved . We’ve also entered our sticker to add to your thermos or collection!

A note about our progress - we live in an instant-gratification society, after all, and even we get the itch to wish we were just open already! We ARE here, we’re working hard, and we’re doing this because of all of YOU: we are choosing to roll out this business with longevity and sustainability in mind. Great things take time, and while we take our time to get this shoppe up and running we are continually awed by the encouragement, kindness and support we get from our community. Thank you!

There are so many facets to this little gem of a business we’re trying to cultivate, and we are working hard to pay attention to every single detail. This isn’t possible without a network of friends, family and community who equally enjoy hard work and trying new things.

Take David and Jess Clark, for instance, of and their new livestock venture - our two families met over the height of Covid and hit it off immediately. As our friendship continues to grow, we’ve found that our mutual personal interests bleed into our business interests as well…aaaand we’ve been dreaming and scheming for nearing two years now! We are thrilled that they will be of our very first products to roll out in our shoppe! This family has incredibly high standards for the care of their animals, and for providing the cleanest pork possible. We cannot wait to showcase what is the best tasting pork that we have ever had!
