Closed today 🙃 I’m playing with milling my own flour. Milled some red wheat berry flour and made some BEAUTIFUL loaves with it, however unless you love the taste of watered down cardboard, good looks are about all these loaves have to offer. I’ve got white berries coming next week, and am hoping that we can start using fresh milled flour in our sourdough, but for now, we will pump the breaks on the homemade red berry flour and go back to using unbleached bread flour in our recipes. Don’t forget that you can always message us for custom orders as well. We just need a 2 day lead time. We will have regular sourdough back in the office stand on Tuesday!
