🍑 Looking for a refreshing summer sip?

This easy Peach Balsamic Spritzer combines crisp ginger ale, juicy peaches, and The Olive Tap's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar for a sweet and bubbly drink that's perfect for warm days.

Ingredients:
Ice
Ginger Ale
1 Tablespoon The Olive Tap’s Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
Sliced peaches
Fresh Mint, or Basil leaves for garnish (optional)

*If you don't have peach in your pantry, you can substitute with your favorite of The Olive Tap’s Balsamic Vinegars.
*Sparkling water is a great substitute for ginger ale!

Directions:
Fill a 12 oz. glass with ice cubes, add the ginger ale and Peach White Balsamic Vinegar (can use more or less to your taste). Add sliced peaches and garnish with fresh Mint or Basil.

Refreshing, simple, and ready in minutes.

Why was white balsamic created?

Did you know white balsamic vinegar was created because Americans thought traditional balsamic made salads look "dirty"? A lighter version was crafted using white Trebbiano grapes that are cooked at lower temperatures to help preserve their lighter color and delicate flavor. The vinegar is also aged in a way that minimizes darkening, creating a balsamic that is crisp, slightly sweet, beautifully balanced, and golden in color.

Its lighter color and slightly sweeter profile make it perfect for:
