You guys sold us out so quickly at the last Columbia Community Market so we’ve doubled our sourdough for tonight! Come and see us at Turner hall and try our plain Artisan Sourdough, Herbs and Cheese Sourdough, or a Klein & Co exclusive—Our fresh milled hard white wheat sourdough! If you haven’t ever gotten your hands on one of our fresh milled loaves, today is your chance! I mill the wheat berries into flour just before putting into the dough!
