We have not been able to check the whole farm- lost 3 trees that blocked our driveway, which we worked on until dark, to clear the road.

Please consider opening your home to host speakers/staff who will be in town for the Christian Worldview Film Festival and Guild 2020 from March 16-20 at the Church of the City.

Our Story

We are a South African family run farm striving to raise healthy, good quality meat, poultry and eggs for you, your friends and family. Joe and Adele relocated to the US in 2012, with their 4 kids, where we farm with Avocadoes, Macadamia Nuts, Ginger and Bananas.

Hippo Hollow Farms is conveniently situated in, Middle Tennessee, between Spring Hil and Columbia, just off to Carters Creek.

As a family our passion is to farm in a way where Eden can be restored. We love seeing the eco-systems healing and nature coming alive. We strive to be good stewards of the land and using farm techiniques which allow our animals as if they are in nature. We walk the extra mile, using beyond organic farming techniques to ensure we uphold a high standard of quality.

You are able to enjoy your food with the peace of mind knowing that it is ALL raised on pasture and that it is free from harmful substances like antibiotics, hormones and GMO's. Our beef is true Grass Fed and Finished! Never fed any grains at all! We are replicating the model of pioneer Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms, Virginia.
