This alpha gal experience has definitely been a journey. Learning new ways to cook and EVERYTHING to look out for, has me revamping a lot of recipes. I will be posting pictures of things I've come to like. Moving forward I may be able to find a happy medium with my old menu. I've got a lot of work to do first.

Made some dairy-free, gluten-free Chucken Pot pie for my s-mom and dad today. They loved it! I guess they will be the taste testers for all my new recipes.🥰

Them: How much is your homemade bread?

Me: Wellll...it took 4 hours, an entire bag of flour plus other ingredients. I'd say at $15 an hour plus ingredients. That would be
$50 a Loaf please.🤔🤣

Everytime someone says alpha gal is only an allergy to red meat....I wish people would do their research before commenting on this life changing condition. Especially if they are "professionals". Misleading someone on the seriousness of this condition can have fatal results. This was experienced by a friend.

Christmas is right around the corner. We have decided if we can get enough toy donations this year we will have Santa and his sleigh at the store again. If anyone, any business, any church or anyone you know would be interested in donating toys we will be accepting donations starting this week. Just message me and I will meet you at the store or pick them up. I love seeing those little ones faces!
