rtified organic seeds. We also offer eggs produced from pastured heritage breed chickens which are fed a diet of non-gmo grains, grass, and extra produce from the gardens. In addition to our produce and eggs, each year we raise a limited number of delicious, pasture raised chickens for members of our CSA (and a few extra for our local farmers markets.) We sell our vegetables at local farmers markets and at the farm where we operate our farm direct store. Partnering with other local growers we proudly offer poultry, beef, lamb, pork, eggs, cheese, honey, and homemade jams and jellies directly from our store. We are the founding member of our multi-farm CSA where, together with other local growers, we serve families in the Richmond, Virginia area. Rural Virgina Market CSA offers the opportunity to eat locally grown fresh produce, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese and honey year round. Convenient pick up sites are made available at Richmond area farmers markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Our CSA customers will enjoy a debit system to customize their weekly share. Members will receive a weekly shopping list from which to select fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit, beef, lamb, pork, poultry, eggs, chevre cheese, fresh mozzarella, jams, honey and bread...at no additional cost. Shopping for farm fresh items couldn't be easier. Not a problem! We are offering direct delivery (in select zip codes) to offices and homes on Thursday.
