We provide custom, hand-cut deer processing of the highest quality! A "typical" cut would include loin, tenderloin, tip, and round steaks, plus burger and 1-2 roasts depending on the size of your deer; however, you are welcome to tell us exactly what you want, including package size. We are NOT a factory-style high-volume processing facility. We make sure that you always receive your OWN meat, and
that you get ALL of your meat.
