A favorite West African-inspired dish I make all the time. Today it’s chicken, but beef and lamb always show up in the rotation. I seasoned with Phyllis Ann’s Bomb Fire and Steak House - go easy, they don’t play. Peanut butter and tomato paste bring their own salt, so balance is everything. Save this recipe and tag us when you try it!

Just a little sumthin’, sumthin’ I whipped up last night, crispy chicken nuggets coated with Willie Roy’s Southern Chicken Fry, stacked over hot-sauce-seasoned potato chips, topped with diced tomatoes, chopped scallions, fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and a spicy mayo made with our hot sauce powder.
