We still have our own garden fresh cabbage and onions… so it is a runza making kind of day. Our own rendered lard as well… too bad I’m trying to stay away from gluten! The rolling pin was a gift for our wedding 40 1/2 years ago… Thanks, Uncle Jim and Aunt Millie Preister and family…it has rolled a lot of runzas!

Fall vibes are in the air. Vintage, upcycled, repurposed…that is my vibe here! If I collect “other” types of items within my gatherings of treasures, I always try to find a home for them as well. 
I will be posting more updates and treasures(many, one of a kind). Follow and let me know if there is something you are looking for. Have 3 gallons of chili cooking on the stove. The cooler, wetter weather caused our tomatoes to start splitting so used a bunch up in a fresh pot of chili. Also put a few pounds of coated sliced liver in the freezer for easy meals in the future. Of course had to fry up a pan full…so yummy! Also tried to do some work in the coop house today, so here is vintage stacked book trio. Always a perfect addition for a riser in your vignettes. I am here most every day for call ahead appointments to come browse. (I usually have a pot of coffee onto too!)
