How to heat them and make perfect tacos: you have options!
1. Get a dry skillet (no oil!) very hot over medium-high heat. Heat for 30 seconds, flip, and heat for another 30. Pro Tip: Flick a few tiny drops of water onto the skillet before laying the tortilla down—the steam helps soften the heirloom corn.
2. Stack 5–8 tortillas, wrap them tightly in slightly damp paper towels, and then wrap that bundle in aluminum foil. Time: Place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10–15 minutes.
