Brand new name, same great services and product! We (Jeff, Chadwick, and Ben Miller), have been serving you over the last several years in the Northstar plant and now plan to continue as owners. As Conrath Quality Meats, we look forward to serving our community with custom butchering and processing, using the tried and true recipes you've grown

On a serious note, due to new legislation we will not be able to do any venison sausage this season. 😩 We were recently informed we would need a new license to produce custom, “not for sale” items like venison sausage! What?!?! We will be working through this issue to be prepared for next season but are too far behind the 8 ball now to do anything this year. So sorry for the inconvenience! Best of luck to all you archers this season!!! 🦌 🏹

We need your help!! Small family farms are fading fast, but not because of a lack of need or desire... Studies show people are eating more meat today than ever before! And people want to eat local. But COVID exposed a severe weakness in our food system; a lack of localized meat production. We want to be that essential cornerstone for our farmers but we need your help! We are looking to add up to a half dozen hardworking team members that want to make a difference in our local ag community. Start at $18-24/hr plus benefits depending on what you bring to the team with ample opportunity to learn, grow, and help take our processing services to the next level! Congratulations to the Rusk County Livestock Program on a fantastic sale today!! The community really showed up to support our next generation farmers and ranchers. We were proud to be able to purchase Logan Alberson’s gorgeous steer from the sale for our store!

CQM is now under new management and we’re adding to the team! We’re seeking full-time roles in processing & slaughter. Starting wages $18/hr processing and $20/hr slaughter.

Experience in meat grinding/processing is appreciated but we can train.
