It’s Dandelion Leek week at SRM!
We steam and finely chop over 300 pounds of dandelion greens, plus 30 lbs of wild harvested leeks (ramps) adding garlic and scallions.
These vegetables are added to mature miso that contains organic soy beans and brown rice, then aged in wooden vats.
This miso is health in a jar! Stir some into a cup of hot water for an instant soup. It’s full of minerals, rich umami flavor and natural probiotics.
