Freeze Dried Candy

We have an XL Pro. Often we need 7 trays of candy, but some need the warm trays mode, some not. Is there a way to add trays when the warming trays time is almost complete?

Our Freeze Dryer arrived Oct 26. The XL Harvest Right. We hit the ground running trying to satisfy customers at our 2 shops. As of Dec 20, when we turned our machine off for the holiday week, we've processed 112 batches of candy. That's 784 trays of candy. A few failures, but mostly successes! We have a Nut & Fudge business that keeps us busy. Who knew we'd have this much fun and do this much work with CANDY? We remain
