A Few Helpful Reminders:

📌 Hours:
We’re now open 7am–7pm (and often later — just give us a call to make sure).

📌 Check-In:
Please have your CONFIRMATION number ready — written down or pulled up on your phone.
If you're having trouble checking in, we’ll do our best to walk you through it.

📌 Drop-Off:
Drop your deer out front, then please park across the road so others can unload.
We’ll have several team members doing intake to keep things moving quickly and smoothly.

Tennessee Young Sportsman Deer Hunt is This Weekend! 🦌

The first Young Sportsman Deer Hunt for the 2025–26 season is happening Oct. 25–26! Youth ages 6–16 can take part using a gun, muzzleloader, or archery equipment.

🗓️ Upcoming Season Dates:
• Archery: Ends Oct. 24 / Resumes Oct. 27–Nov. 7
• Muzzleloader: Opens Nov. 8
• Gun: Opens Nov. 22–Jan. 4, 2026
• 2nd Young Sportsman Hunt: Jan. 10–11, 2026

***We do NOT sale items to the public. We only process your Deer!

The archery deer season kicks off this weekend!

When checking in your next Big Game harvest, you may notice a harvest confirmation number with a new look, which now contains 10 digits instead of 8. The updated confirmation number allows for more effective harvest tracking throughout the state.

Please ensure all 10 digits are recorded on any paperwork when taking harvested game to a processor or taxidermist. If you decide to get your deer sampled for CWD please request this through your processor or taxidermist. If using a drop-off freezer, ensure all 10 digits are recorded clearly on tags so test results can be returned to you.
