I have always said that I have been blessed with the best customer base a business owner could ask for. Amy and Mike Phillips have been with me for decades now and we finally replaced there old system but it doesn’t stop there. We took the system they had and made it even better! In some of the photos you will see what looks like a curved V. What that does is quickly and effortlessly divert the airflow down each main trunk instead of making it hit a dead end first and then slowly pressurize the two main trunks! According to Mike it has drastically improved the airflow of the unit, shorten the run time which will translate into lower energy bills and fewer repairs in the future. We also added a side glass to the liquid line outside. Mike doesn’t have to have us come out and put gauges on it to tell if it’s low on freon more. He can simply look at the site glass and if there are bubbles in it, it is low! That’s just a few of the ways that we set ourselves apart from the competition and without customers like Mike and Amy Smith, we would never have the opportunity to showcase our talents so thank you both very much!

A big shout out to Gary Henry and his family for choosing us to replace his rusted out, poorly installed vent pipe! Usually I take before and after photos but there wasn’t much left of the old vent to take pictures of. Gary has been a friend of mine for a long time and had this not been fixed, it could have killed him and his whole family. By the way, if you ever have roofing needs I can personally vouch for Henry brothers roofing. To my fellow contractors, as well as the public, this equipment is designed to be used INSIDE a building. Not outside. We didn’t install this equipment but I have talked to the owner of the company that did. He ordered outside equipment but the manufacturer sent him inside equipment. He assumed he got what he ordered and didn’t verify ONE digit in the model number. His argument: “why didn’t you send me what I ordered?” manufacturer’s argument: “Why didn’t you double check the numbers before you installed it?”

Who is right and who is wrong?

Many thanks to David Hume for choosing Accu Comfort to replace his condensing unit. ( which has a 10 year parts warranty and a year on the labor!)
