I can’t get the great Sam & Carl’s Lox and Cream Cheese, Smoked Baked Salmon, or Sturgeon. And I can’t get the open face Turkey or open face Roast Beef, so this is what I came up with this time. This is how the salmon was served. The special sauce and salmon instructions are described in full in the other post.

We sold Andalusia pastries. Jesse even asked my dad what to add to his pastries so that we would buy them and be able to sell as we did. We all love the pastries that they made for us. Do you know what the secret ingredient is? 🤫
Did anybody else heat up the pastries like the cheese danish? I still remember how incredible it was.
