The Tulare County Foundation for Ag Education and Youth is proud to welcome Jason Shaw as the newest member of our team. Jason brings over 15 years of experience in the agriculture industry as a dedicated pistachio farmer based in Waukena. His leadership roles include serving as the current President of Valley Ag Boosters and previously as President of the Central Valley Christian FFA Boosters. Jason has been a driving force in youth agricultural development, notably through his work with Waukena 4-H as a longtime sheep leader. He was instrumental in founding and supporting the "Waukena Flock," a community breeding project that helps ensure every child, regardless of financial means, can participate in 4-H livestock projects.

A passionate advocate for trade-based education, Jason serves as an annual guest speaker for San Joaquin Valley College and is an active member of their Advisory Board. He believes deeply that agricultural education not only shapes future leaders in farming but also strengthens the next generation of skilled trade professionals across industries.

We are thrilled to have Jason join the Tulare County Foundation for Ag Education and Youth and look forward to the experience, vision, and heart he brings to our mission. Welcome to the team, Jason!
