Forgot to mention. There's a lot of finished product from those game orders that havnt been picked up either. If you had game processed or brought us boneless meat in up to Match 7th, your stuff is done. Please come get it before we close for repairs. Thank you

With game season ending March 31st, Im trying to get all game sausage done by April 4th. If you have meat wanting to get done, Please have it in our shop by this Saturday March 28th. I will also be posting the new changes for 2026 in another week.

We will be closed for about a month starting April 20th - May 17th to do renovations inside of our shop. Our last cutting week is scheduled for Monday April 13th - Saturday April 18th. I'm asking all customers with meat here to come get their orders by the 18th. All orders left will be subject to a storage fee of $1/basket for the entire span of our closure. If there are certain request, please contact me (Chad) before this time frame. 503-359-0479.

Also, our prices will be increased starting at the end of the month. I will put together a short changes for 2026 and post it as well as have a new page on the website describing the changes. I want to remind every farmer that deposits are now going to be required to hold your slots for the butcher days. I will be contacting those who have schedule after March of this change.

Hello, thought I'd send a post out for smoke turkeys for Thanksgiving. All custom orders need to be place by Saturday the 15th. Price for Turkeys this year is $4.29/ #. Call us at 503-359-0479 to let us know if you would like one this year. Also, most smoked turkeys are around 16 # for the largest. Ive found 23-24 # turkeys that go around 18 #, but are hard to find. Most average around 12-14 #. Just a fyi.

Good evening everyone, thought i would post this for everyone's information. With fairs hitting it off, we are now opened Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. We are going to open on Saturdays starting August 2nd from 10-2. Due to our Disposal and Diesel cost going up, I needed to add $5 to each Disposal charge for all species. Prices will be changed on our website by end of day Tuesday 7/22. Also, due to staffing issues as well as cost, we are no longer going to be doing Fresh Pork Links and Fresh Brats for our custom hogs. For our custom game, Beef, and Hog orders, all sausage orders will be stored in our freezer and done starting after the first of the year when our processing starts to slow down. Sorry for the inconvenience with this, but it will help our business out with staffing. We appreciate your business and understanding in this matter. Thank you for your support!
