All the packages that were shipped were insured. We have filed claims with your company; but the claims have not been compensated.

Our company has suffered heavy losses; in addition to our company’s reputation is being questioned. Our company has had to compensate our Clients, Yahoo fees, Merchants fees, Google ad words fees.
