H-E-B yall coulda gotten in on this and made an HEB Plus store the anchor store of this development….but nooooo. Yall just wanna be greedy and hold onto a plot of land.

The city will give developers $5.2 million to help with infrastructure costs, and it could feature big-name stores.

Praying for Florida this week. With that being said, folks it’s imperative that you stay stocked up ahead of time for disaster. Most of us have experienced hurricanes, the Great Covid Toilet Paper shortage, and the World Famous Corpus Water Bans. We know what H-E-B is like during these events. Remember seeing the checkout lines wrapped past the pharmacy all the way to the freezer sections? Don’t wait until the last minute. Disaster can strike at any time. And HEB is not prepared to help us.

I hope you got all your shopping done before the after church crowds/football partiers flooded the store. Nothing says Stress Test like HEB on a Sunday between 11:30am-3:30pm. The blood pressure machine at the pharmacy should have a High Score Top 10 board on it.

If you can, post pics of the store being packed (try and blur faces to respect privacy of other customers), packed parking lots, receipts from paying extra for delivery or curbside. And don’t forget to tag in the post.

Calallen is long over due for a new H-E-B. Our current store is far undersized. We are limited on our product selection. Curbside is often overwhelmed and getting thru HEB during after work hours is a nightmare. This page is dedicated to personal stories and experiences We want to bring our voice to HEB.
