It pedicure day at the farm! Every 5-6 months the hoof trimmer comes to the Till Top farm to trim our cows’ hooves. Just like your toe nails, hooves grow over time and need to be trimmed.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!

We’d like to take a moment to recognize our special moms & grandmas here at Till Top.

Grammy Royek (many of you may know her as Mrs. Royek📚) wears many hats around here. She helps to care for the calves, raises the chickens to lay delicious eggs, plants and cares for various veggies for us to sell, travels to auctions/farms for flowers and produce, works at the creamery, creates the cow-worker trading cards for you all to collect and learn about the ladies who make your milk, and wrangles her granddaughter when a break is needed. We appreciate all she does for us and our customers!

Mammy Rosenberg isn’t seen by our customers a lot, but she does many things that don’t go unnoticed. From tagging along on product deliveries and runs, cleaning, organizing, and rearranging the creamery, labeling bottles, promoting Till Top to everyone that she can, and yes, to also wrangling her granddaughter, we can’t thank her enough!

Mimi Stoddard is always willing to step in to help watch Aubrey when the work isn’t quite done yet. She swings by the creamery to say hi, shares a sweet ice cream treat with Aubrey, and takes her over to the playground if Mama is busy helping customers. We are thankful that Aubrey has an outlet when she’s had enough of the store for the time being!

Mama Royek, well, we couldn’t do this without you. You bottle milk, manage our store, make deliveries when needed, pickup products, spend many of your weekends working at the store, keep our finances in order, and still manage to be the best mom among it all!

These special moms do way more than mentioned, and we are so thankful for it all! We love you!

The weather may not be cooperating fully, but we were able to pull our second ice cream freezer out of retirement! Once again, we have 28 flavors of Hershey’s ice cream stocked and ready to be scooped!

We offer dishes, cones, floats, flights, and our famous milkshakes!!

Hi all,

We are entering our fifth year in operation, and we wanted to take a minute to reintroduce ourselves, the people behind the bottle.

My name is Alan Royek. I'm a 33 year old, fourth generation dairy farmer. I farm with some help from my parents on the same farm that my family has been working for 105 years!! We milk 50 cows and raise the forages and young stock cattle. We are a small farm by today's standards, and that's how we like it. Small. Personal. Meaningful.

My wife, Alyssa, and I own and operate Till Top Creamery where we take the milk from our farm, pasteurize, bottle, and sell directly to our community. Our oldest daughter is 2, and we have a second on the way! We love being able to provide a fresh and local product directly to our family, friends, and neighbors. Over the past 4 years we have had the goal of being able to get our products to the neighbors of our neighbors. We now have 18 locations that our milk can be found in. From baling the hay in the field, to delivering milk, we are personally involved in every aspect of getting our milk from our farm to your fridge.
