My microgreens will never contain parasites, or anything else crazy going on with mass produced foods. My greens are all grown indoors, in purified air, with heavily filtered and restructured water. I also use no chemicals, or anything considered remotely toxic, even cleaning the trays. Not to mention, microgreens contain SIGNIFICANTLY more nutrients than any lettuce ever will!

I have been eating my microgreens for 4 years now and never had a single incident. How many times in the last several years have we seen recalls, or issues with mass produce food from the stores? Seems to be all the time anymore.
