Not sure what to do with a quart of tomatoes? 🍅

How about some fresh tomato sauce in 30 minutes?

🍅 cut tomatoes and place in a hot pan with your choice of oil on medium heat

🧅 add diced onion and other veggies in center.

👩‍🍳cover and cook until you can put a fork through the tomatoes.

🍅 add garlic and remove tomato skins. smash it all together.

🧂add spices and 2 tb tomato paste. I did Italian, salt, pepper, and some sugar.

🍖 add your choice of meat

🥛 I add heavy cream to give it a savory flare

🍝 add your choice of noodles
