We'll be open from 11am - 5pm this week to try and clear out the rest of the shop. The cheeses and meats left in the case will be going down in price, and many of our shop items are now priced. We'll start posting images of the supplies soon. Come help us end on a good note. Thanks!

Natalia & Cristoforo's is a Italian Deli in Corvallis that has been here since 2001.  Greg Leytem is the owner and is going out of business.  2016 was his worst year and 2017 has been bad for Greg so far, so he is closing his store.  He would like to start a food cart.  The start up cost for this...

After 17 years in business, it looks like the deli will be closing soon, and Greg will be moving onto some other opportunities. We don't know if this is a forever closure -- but it is needed at this time.

We will be holding a holiday wine tasting next Wednesday night (December 18th) from 6:30-8pm. Come learn about some new wines, and stock your cellar for the holiday celebrations. This will be a sit-down tasting, so make your reservations with Greg at the deli (541-752-1114) - we only have space for the first 20 people. It will cost $15/person - but with the food and all the wines, it is a great deal! Hope to see you there!

The deli is open today for all of your last minute Thanksgiving purchases! Though we will be closed tomorrow and through the weekend - not opening again until Tuesday (we'll be celebrating Greg's birthday at the coast with family and friends). Please remember to spend your holiday money locally this year!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner - do you know what you're serving? More importantly, do you know what you're pouring? If you're still looking for that perfect wine to pair with your turkey, ham, or pasta - we have a wine tasting coming up that will help!

On Wednesday, November 20th, from 6:30-8pm we will be tasting wines that are sure to tickle your palate and impress your guests. It will be a sit-down tasting with a maximum of 20 attendees - reservations will be taken on a first come first served basis. (I recommend calling Greg at the deli directly to reserve your spots 541-752-1114). The cost will be $15/person.
