The Corvallis Indoor Winter Market (CIWM) is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. CIWM is directed by a member board that includes farmers, gardeners, crafters and community members. All board positions are 2 year terms and officers are elected each year in the Spring at our first board meeting. The Market’s purpose is to provide a gathering place in Corvallis for

the community to purchase from and interact with local artisans, agricultural producers, food vendors, and educational organizations. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion to assure that only top-quality foods, local farm products and handcrafted items are sold at the market.

🌽 Cooks & Books: The Power of Corn 🌽

Join us for a free, in-person cooking demonstration and showcase of cookbooks at C3! Learn how to prepare a recipe demonstrated by a local chef, then sample the dish and browse cookbooks related to the recipe and theme.

In April, we will be joined by chef Elena Chavarria and Carlos Valdes Chavarria, of El Comal y la Olla, to learn about the power of corn through dishes that center on this culturally important food.
