It is our 12 year anniversary of Fermentation Farm Costa Mesa!

What started in 2014 has grown into so much more, and we have our community to thank for it.

To every person who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, filled a growler, picked up a loaf of sourdough, taken a class, brought a friend, and continued to believe in what we do — thank you!

Saturday morning was our first day back with classes after a few years off!

We kicked things off with a Kombucha Demo. Dr. Yas walked us through the process of brewing kombucha at home. From caring for a SCOBY to creating the right environment for a successful ferment.
