Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Please reach out 5 days prior to your pickup time. Refunds
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed or other items have possibly been purchased. But the good news – you still get the goods! Delivery Clause
All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within Cottage Grove. Further deliveries are available with an additional fee based on exact location of delivery. Pick-up Dates and Times
Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have morning and evening pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar! Change Cutoff
Decisions are tough! But I'm here to help. Most order changes can be made until 5 days prior to pick-up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply. Inspiration
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. While your cookies may not be perfect replicas – I’ll try to keep it close. I do not try to copy any other cookie artist's design exactly. In a hurry? While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days may be subject to a rush fee of 20% of your total order price. Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it). Product Photography
Say Cheese!! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. Photos will always be posted to the page after your event so as to not ruin the surprise. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me! Pictures are worth a thousand words
But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)
Eenie Meenie Order Minimums
(that didn’t rhyme – I’m a baker not a poet). I require a minimum of 1 dozen on most menu items. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on my page - while rare, they do happen! That is if my family hasn't eaten the extras. It’s All Yours Now. Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cupcakes, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns. None of my menu items require refrigeration, and in most cases putting them in the fridge will damage the look and taste of your sweets. Keep in a cool place (not in the hot car while run errands, or the windowsill that gets all the sunlight). No Ghosts

To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages as soon as possible – otherwise, I may just have to wing it or worse, your order may not be able to be fulfilled at all. The horror! Questions for me? Please give me up to 24 hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough! Although, I usually answer back much faster. Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. This order has been made in a home kitchen and is not inspected. I do maintain an up-to-date food handlers card and sanitize before beginning every creation. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*
In Sickness and in Health
While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching. Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible! Refunds
While I want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order. Bulk Order? Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and I’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget
