We performed some routine ultra-sounding tonight at Pleasant View Farm. A lot of you may not know but we have more than just cows! We have about 120 cows not including all of their cute babies, 20 boer goats, 2 horses, and now thanks to the Easter Bunny 10 chicks.

We are stocked up on Florence Creamery. If you haven’t had it before it is so good! Florence creamery is a local family dairy. They have been milking cows for over 100 years! Their cows are milked twice a day and pasteurized using vat (low temp) pasteurization right there on the farm. It is not homogenized so all of your delicious cream is at the top. Make sure you give it a good shake before drinking!
