So as I’m sure everyone knows i transferred to the Farragut Tennessee location almost 2 weeks ago. I have been living in hotels and booking on Expedia. So the second week I find a hotel room that I thought was going to be better than the first one for $100 a night! The Red Roof Inn! Pictures look great on Expedia, I check in and the room is soooo bad! The paint had been scrubbed off the wall like they were cleaning up a murder scene. Please look at the pictures. I immediately go back to the desk and say I’m not staying here the room looks nothing like the photos. They say that I need to get a refund from Expedia! Ok I call 📞 three hours on hold finally talk to a super nice person but can’t help yet. Today I get an email saying they could not reach the hotel and will not refund my $800. I’m pi**ed! Please share this post! Let’s see if the Citi Visa people can help me out!
