Well we have sold the shares for the first beef and now ready to start selling shares for the second beef. The response on first beef has been great with several repeat customers all I have eaten has been the hamburger and chicken fried steak and it was great but my granddaughters came for the weekend and I pulled out a round steak it was big enough to feed us all. I did not know a 7&11 year old girls could eat that much they loved it. It was tender and had a great flavor it tasted like a steak from a high end restaurant. The last share came out at 17 to 18 pounds this should be the same if not a little more. At $119 a share that comes out to about $6++ dollars a pound Not a bad deal for about 12 pounds of steaks and 6 pounds of hamburger. Check around and see what others are selling grass fed beef no hormone for, look at HEB next time you shop and see what they charge for grass fed beef at the meat counter

Well it is that time again we have processed two steers with the first ready in a week. Each steer will be divided into 30 parts consisting of STEAKS and HAMBURGER with an estimated weight of 15 to 18 pounds per unit selling for $119.00. This beef is USDA inspected and processed locally, these steers are locally raised on my ranch and grass feed. Each steer is processed locally and dry cured for 14 to 21 days as determined by the process for optimal flavor.
