🚧 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: traffic is now being diverted to the new road and speed limit is 45mph in front of the store. There is a break in the concrete barrier to access the store but it is hard to see so you need to be going very slow to make the turn.

We've got some strawberry pie filling from Cari at the store as well as all her other canned fruit and pickled items!

I finally made a strawberry pie out of the canned pie filling! It hasn’t been chilled to set it yet, but oh my goodness, the filling is amazing! Full disclaimer: I did add a tad bit more corn starch to the filling because I didn’t have faith it would set up as well as I want it to, but it’s a personal choice about texture.

First calf of 2026 was born today starting our
