Sooo I haven’t formally introduced this wonderful creation….

Some of you may have heard of a Brookie — a brownie + cookie all in one. 🍪🍫

Well… this is a Brookie, but BETTER! 🤎

At the very beginning of my microbakery journey, one of my friends told me that a Brookie was her absolute favorite cookie. Her son’s name just happens to be Brooks, and one day I had the wildest little idea…

Why not create a special dessert in honor of them both?! 🥹

And that’s how the Brooksie Cup was born! 🤎

A delicious twist on the classic Brookie, made extra special because it has a little story behind it. Sometimes the best things come from the simplest ideas — and a little inspiration from the people who believed in me from the beginning. 🫶🏻

The stand may not be open today but don’t worry we are still very busy!! At the Three Trails Classic in Kearney at the fair grounds. We will be here today for a show at 12 and 6 and then again tomorrow at 1 I believe!

So far I placed 8th at Womens Driving
