Mack's Meat Market is looking for a journeyman meat cutter. An individual with experience in cutting and processing wholesale/primal sections of meat into retail-ready cuts. This individual must be at least 18 years old; be able to lift 80-pound boxes of meat; can follow directions, and is able to work independently. This is not an apprenticeship position. The position is part-time but can lead to full-time. The rate of pay depends on retail meat cutting experience.
