ss breed of a Rhode Island Red and Rhode Island White hen. We currently have approximately 300 chickens. Our chickens are producing over 120 dozen eggs per week. They are fed only the highest quality, non-medicated feed, as well as Scratch Grains (corn, oats, wheat & barley). These birds live in a 22,500 sq ft enclosed flight pen (covered with a net top and wire sides for their safety from predators). They are free to roam the pens where they can eat anything that nature put on this earth. (Grass, bugs, clover). We grow and obtain locally all of our fruits and veggies. We have a huge variety of items. Our list includes:
Eggplants, variety of peppers(bell, red, green, yellow, purple, frying peppers, Hot (Cherry bombs, jalapenos, habaneros) , variety of tomatoes, watermelons, cucumbers, zucchini, squash (butternut, spaghetti, acorn), cantaloupes, honeydews, sweet corn, apples, pumpkins, gourds, fresh local honey, cabbage, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, beets, radishes, kale, lettuce, leeks, turnips, potatoes, cauliflower, fresh flowers, etc. We are very conscious of working within our community and supporting local farmers and other local business.
