It may be 95 degrees outside, but you better believe I have a simmer pot going 🤣🍂

And I’m putting all these fresh tomatoes to good use making homemade tomato sauce for meatball subs tonight!!! 🍅🤤

I’ve been doing $6 packs of tomatoes at the stand if you want to make some too! It’s SO easy just boil some water, drop the tomatoes in for a few minutes, peel the skins off, then smush or blend them up. Let it cook down on low, add your favorite seasonings, and that’s it!

Seriously SO delicious and such an easy way to use up fresh tomatoes! 🍅❤️
