Posted for customers or future customers that are from or can meet me at the following delivery areas Grand Island,Kearney, North Platte, Ogallala, Oshkosh.
Have a limited supply of Ground Beef that can be split up to fill your orders. Approx 85/15 will be $4.75/lbs for less than 50 pkgs, Approx 90/10 for $5.35/lbs, and Grass finished for $5.65/lbs. Any orders over 50 pkgs will be 5 cents/ lbs cheaper. Have a smaller processed beef available now. The whole beef cost will be $3.33/ lbs x the beginning hot weight. If only can use a 1/2 beef that cost will be $3.38/lbs x the beginning hot weight, or a split 1/4 (1/2 of a 1/2), will cost $3.43/lbs x the beginning hot weight. All of the whole, half, and split qtr cost/lbs include the cost of the critter, processing, sorting, and delivery.
These prices are for deliveries to be made this March before calving.

Below is the current (5/24/2022) price for whole, halves, and split quarters (1/2 of a 1/2).
This price includes cost of critter, standard processing and delivery. Based on hot carcass weight going into cooler to dry age.
If you want anything extra done like patties, beef sticks, or salami made, that extra processing cost will be added.
Whole beef $3.28/lbs
1/2 a beef. $3.33/lbs
Split 1/4 of beef (1/2 of a 1/2).
$3.43/lbs
Example
If you want a 1/2 of beef and that 1/2 weighs 350 lbs going into cooler to dry age then your cost will be (350 lbs x $3.33 / lbs = $1165.50).
It is important to understand that depending on how you want it processed and trimmed that approx 60 to 65 % of the original beginning hot carcass weight will end up being wrapped beef going into your freezer.
As you can see the pricing of the end product, using this method could and can be very confusing for some. So to eliminate the confusion and also feeling that because of inflation, ever rising food, fuel, and living expenses. Making it harder and harder for GOD fearing Americans to afford to feed their families. The following will be the total price per lbs of the different products available. You put the bundles together based on what you can afford and like.

Hello everyone;
First, here’s a couple of things that I have learned that may particularly explain why YOU as a consumer are not always happy with your beef purchases from the (Bigger) grocery stores.
I have learned that our USDA is allowing the importers to import beef, repackage it and call it product of USA. Also they are allowed to add a certain % of filler other then fat content. Most use ice chips (that explains why when cooked , ground beef patties end up being way smaller than the size you started out with and when cooked in a skillet the grease is separated by water in the bottom. (Food for thought).
